Products

All of our items are handmade with high quality materials.
All of our items use high quality, original Perler Beads.
Other materials we use include:
- Magnets: ceramic disc magnet, approx. 0.75" diameter, approx. 0.25" thick.
- Key Rings: split key ring, ring size is approx. 1" diameter, chain is approx. 0.75" long.
- Coasters: natural cork, approx. 1/8" thick.

Ordering

In addition to our website, all our items are available for purchase in our official shops on the following select marketplaces:

- eBay
We only use the safest payment processing services on the web. We don’t store any of your credit card information and we will never share your personal information with anyone else. If you have any security questions or concerns please check out our payment processors security measures, PayPal or Stripe.
At the 'Checkout' page there is a field to input a coupon code.

Yes, at the 'Checkout' page make sure that you put your own information and email address under 'Billing details' and the recipient's name and address under the 'Ship to a different address?' section.
In the 'Order notes' box, let me know that your order is a gift and if you'd like a gift message included in the package. The receipt and prices will not be included in the package.
If you'd like to make a change to order, please send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order to orders@pixelrevolutionart.com with your order details and "Change Order" in the subject line. We'll do our best to facilitate your request, but cannot make any guarantees in case your order has already been completed or shipped out.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Shipping

Yes, we ship all around the world. Shipping rates are calculated upon checkout. For large orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
We use Canada Post for all of our shipping methods.
Shipping rates for both domestic and international orders depend on the total size and weight of the package. Domestic rates start at $3.95, international rates start at $8.35.

We aim to have our items shipped out within five business days. This is subject to change based on the volume of orders and whether any items were marked as on backorder. We'll send you an email along with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has shipped.
Multi-item orders will be sent out in one package unless otherwise requested.
Domestic packages will typically take 3-8 business days to arrive at their destination. International packages can take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.
There are expedited shipping methods available for an additional charge.

Once your order has shipped we will send the tracking information to you via the email address you provided with your order. Depending on which shipping method is selected, international orders will likely not have any tracking information.

If your order arrived incomplete, please send us an email at orders@pixelrevolutionart.com with the following information:
1) Your order number
2) Your tracking number (if applicable)
3) Photo(s) clearly showing the package as you received it
4) List of items missing from your order

If your order arrived damaged, please send us an email at orders@pixelrevolutionart.com with the following information:
1) Your order number
2) Your tracking number (if applicable)
3) Photo(s) clearly showing the package as you received it
4) Photo(s) clearly showing the damaged packaging and/or damaged items
If your order comes with tracking information, please input your tracking number into the Canada Post website to see up-to-date tracking information.
If your order doesn't come with tracking information, please wait for the shipping window to pass and contact us via email at orders@pixelrevolutionart.com with your order information.

Returns and Exchanges

We currently don't accept returns at this time.

We are currently looking into selling our items locally in London, Ontario. Once the details are finalized we'll make an announcement.
We're hoping to sell our items at conventions in Southern Ontario throughout 2018.
